BOOST PREVENTION

Silvex® First Aid Gel contains 24PPM of patented Nano Silver technology, making it FAST acting protection against infections. It creates a barrier of protection OUTSIDE of your skin and wound, making it perfect for cuts, scrapes, bites, minor burns, and other first aid emergencies.

  • Inhibits the growth of MRSA and VRE, STAPH (Staphylococcus aureus), Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Escherichia coli, and Fungi such as Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger.
  • Accelerates the skin’s natural healing process and minimizes the appearance of scars
  • Provides protection for skin and wounds that lasts up to 3 days

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

  • Wash your hands with soap and water before touching the wound.

  • Carefully clean the wound using soap and water or an appropriate commercial brand of wound cleanser.

  • Dispense Silvex® onto an appropriate clean applicator (such as a tongue depressor or gauze) in a sufficient amount to liberally cover the wound.

  • Cover the gel with an appropriate secondary dressing cover such as a gauze bolster, dressing wrap, film or on-woven adhesive secondary dressing.

CHANGING THE DRESSING:

  • Carefully remove the secondary dressing from the wound.

  • Residual Silvex® may be removed with the cover dressing.

  • Follow instructions above to re-apply the gel.

  • Silvex® should normally be changed every 24 hours, but the frequency will depend on the type and condition of the wound.

PRECAUTIONS:

  • Consult with a healthcare professional if you have any concerns or questions about the wound.

  • Be alert for signs of wound infection. These could include:

    • Pus or cloudy fluid drains from the wound

    • Increased redness around the wound

    • Wound has become extremely tender

    • Increased pain or swelling 48 hours after the wound occurred

    • Onset of fever

    • Wound has not healed within 10 days from the date of the injury

  • Silvex® is designed for use on any part of the body except for oral or ophthalmic use. Consult a healthcare professional before using the gel in any other manner.

Great product! My 2 yo nephew got a hold of a metal retractable tape measure and barely nicked his finger. Within a few days, the cut got bigger and bigger but the weirdest thing was it turned blue! Nothing else was helping so we tried this and overnight the cut was healed and no longer blue! I definitely recommend this if you have a child as they love getting into everything, and this was a lifesaver!

This gel is amazing. I work as a chef and often get minor burns while on the line. I tried neosporin but it made my skin dry. After doing research on stronger products, I learned that silver products are antibiotic AND antimicrobial. I would recommend it to my family.

Love this stuff. It’s great for many things. A teaspoon a day to build up your immunity and more if you are sick. It is great on cuts or scrapes. It is one size fits all.

My entire family got the flu and I got super worried that I would get it, so I actually used the immune support in my nebulizer so it would get in my bloodstream and really help my body defend against the flu (I read that other people did this), and it worked! My husband is finally getting over the flu and I didn’t get sick at all.

This is an excellent product. I recommend it to all my family and friends. I take one teaspoon every day. My good friend introduced me to this in 2005 and I have been happy with using it ever since that time.
